Pick it up at our warehouse’s pickup desk and show a valid photo IC that matches the name on the order.
*** When you come to pick up your items, please bring two people with you to our warehouse, as we do not have enough manpower to load the items from the floor into your vehicle.

We’ll be in touch by email and/or SMS as soon as your order is ready to be collected from Our our Warehouse & Delivery department. you can check and contact our Warehouse & Delivery department about own collection schedule directly with Ms Hana +(6016) 696 9400.
Once your order is ready for collection and you’ve been notified, the warehouse can hold your order for 30 days.
We will charge storage fee 5% monthly after 30 days.
If you don’t collect your order before the final date for collection, we’ll charge 10% of the order total amount per month and will send you an email for storage fee bill.
When you collect your order, be sure to bring your ‘Ready To Collect’ email or SMS notification with your invoice. If you are unable to show either of these and you have been notified we will need to see photo IC that matches the name on the order.
Yes – just forward on your ‘Ready to Collect’ email or SMS for them to show when they are in warehouse as proof of purchase. They’ll need to sign for your order, and we’ll send you an email to confirm that the order has been collected.
Just head to the counter, and any of our team members will be able to help you with your collection.
