Place a qualifying order of RM600 or more, and if your delivery address is within our Klang Valley coverage area, delivery and installation is FREE (Ground Floor and First Floor only).
Minimum purchase is calculated after discounts and before taxes.
We deliver and install in the following Klang Valley areas:
Extended areas (Kajang, Semenyih, Cyberjaya, Putrajaya, Bangi): A flat fee of RM60 applies for delivery (Ground Floor and First Floor only).
Outside the above areas: We can still ship nationwide within Malaysia. Delivery costs for these areas will be borne by the customer and quoted on request — please contact us via call or WhatsApp for a quote.
If your delivery location is above the First Floor and there is no lift or elevator access, an additional “moving-up” fee applies, calculated as a percentage of your order total:

We are only able to deliver up to the 4th Floor via stairs. For buildings with a working lift, standard delivery rates apply regardless of floor.
If you’d like to choose a specific delivery date and time, our Preferred Delivery Service is available Monday to Saturday, 10:00 am – 5:00 pm:
This service includes a dedicated lorry and two installers. Appointments are scheduled once your order is ready for delivery.
Our delivery schedule operates Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm (excluding public holidays). Delivery scheduling follows a first-come, first-served basis. Due to factors such as traffic, weather, and installation logistics, we are unable to guarantee a fixed delivery time slot under standard delivery — our Warehouse & Delivery team will contact you 1–2 days in advance to confirm your delivery window. Please have your invoice number ready when contacting our delivery team.
You’re welcome to place your order online and collect it yourself from our warehouse in Shah Alam, Selangor. Select the self-pickup option at checkout — we’ll process your order for collection once payment is confirmed.
