By accessing or using this Site, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you (“you,” “customer,” or “user”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this Site.

2. Products and Pricing

• All products listed on this Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors at any time without prior notice.
• Prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content on this Site are completely error-free. In the event of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel or correct the order, and you will be notified accordingly.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual colour, finish, or texture may vary slightly due to display settings or manufacturing batch differences.

3. Orders and Payment

• An order is only confirmed once payment has been received and verified.
• We accept payment via bank transfer and other methods stated at checkout or on our Payment Policy page.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of stock. If payment has already been made for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.

4. Delivery

• Delivery timelines, coverage areas, and fees are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
• Delivery dates provided are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, weather, third-party courier delays, or circumstances of force majeure.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery, and to inspect goods upon arrival before signing for receipt.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty

• Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
• Product warranty terms (where applicable) are stated on individual product pages. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modification.
