Warranty Information

At Office Furnitures Malaysia, we are committed to supplying quality office furniture with reliable after-sales support. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal residential or office use, subject to the terms and conditions stated below.

Warranty Coverage: Covers manufacturing defects only, under normal residential or office use.

Warranty Duration: Unless otherwise specified, the standard warranty period is 1 year from the date of delivery or shipment.

Warranty Decision: Office Furnitures Malaysia reserves the right to determine warranty eligibility and decide whether the product will be repaired or replaced.

This limited warranty applies only to office chairs specifically stated as having a 5 years warranty. An original invoice must be presented for warranty service.

This limited warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, altered products, improper use, misuse, or products that have not been maintained correctly.

Selected wood-based products may be covered under a 5 years warranty from the ex-factory date, subject to the company’s warranty terms and conditions.

This warranty covers the following defects only:

• Wood maggots
• Wood fracture
• Finger-jointed wood coming apart

This warranty does not cover:

• Termite infection
• Misuse, scratches, burns, cuts, pet damage, or normal wear and tear
• Products that have been tampered with or repaired by another party without prior consent
• Damage caused by improper foundation, installation, or placement
• Changes caused by environment, direct light, heat, or humidity
• Improper cleaning or treatment with chemical products
• Spills such as acid, solvents, dyes, corrosive chemicals, ink, or paint
• Contract, commercial, institutional, rental, trade, or other non-residential usage, unless otherwise stated

Our warranty does not cover damage, defects, or issues caused by the following:

• Misuse or abuse: Damage caused by misuse, accidents, tampering, negligence, or improper handling.
• Freight or transport handling: Damage caused during third-party shipping, delivery mishandling, or customer-arranged transport.
• Environmental or natural causes: Fire, flood, pollution, sunlight, heat, humidity, or natural disasters.
• Unauthorized repair or alteration: Any product modified, altered, installed incorrectly, or repaired without prior approval.
• Chemical exposure: Damage caused by solvents, ink, abrasives, acid, paint, corrosive chemicals, or improper cleaning products.
• Pet, food, or sharp-object damage: Food stains, burns, cuts, scratches, punctures, or damage caused by pets.
• Normal wear and tear: Wear from regular use, aging, fabric pilling, minor surface marks, or natural material changes.
• Improper usage environment: Outdoor use for indoor furniture, exposure to excessive heat, or use outside the intended environment.
• Rental or commercial misuse: Rental use, institutional use, or heavy-duty use beyond the product’s stated purpose, unless specifically approved.

Tough Max Molded Plastic Furniture is covered for 1 year against breakage during normal use. The warranty will be void if the product is:

• Exposed to heat sources closer than 18 inches
• Exposed to temperatures over 74°C
• Exposed to UV rays without specified UV protection

• Warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
• Warranty is valid within Malaysia only.
• Original invoice must be provided as proof of purchase.
• Transportation costs for inspection, repairs, replacement, or non-warranty issues shall be borne by the purchaser.
• Replacement parts or materials are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute materials of equal quality where necessary.
• Office Furnitures Malaysia will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damage arising from the use of the product.
• In any event, the company’s responsibility shall not exceed the purchase price of the original product.

Custom-Made Items Policy

At Office Furnitures Malaysia, we provide custom-made furniture solutions based on your selected size, material, colour, design, and functional requirements. Because custom items are produced specially for each customer, please review all order details carefully before confirmation.

No Refunds or Returns

All custom-made items are non-refundable and non-returnable. These products are made according to your confirmed specifications and cannot be resold or repurposed after production.

Accurate Measurements Are Required

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all measurements, layout details, and site requirements provided are accurate and complete. Office Furnitures Malaysia shall not be responsible for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete measurements provided by the customer.

Quality & Craftsmanship

Each custom-made item is produced with attention to quality and workmanship. If you believe there is a workmanship or material issue, please contact our customer service team promptly with photos and order details for assessment.

Production Timeline

Custom-made products usually require additional production time depending on material availability, design complexity, production schedule, and current order volume. Estimated lead time will be provided during order confirmation. Unexpected delays may occur, and we appreciate your understanding.

Agreement

By placing a custom-made order with Office Furnitures Malaysia, you acknowledge and agree to the custom-made items policy stated above.
